What Are Our Standard Banquet Hall Booking Hours?
We offer half-day and full-day reservations to suit different event schedules.
Half-day (daytime) 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Standard booking hours
Half-day (evening) 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM Standard booking hours
Full-day 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM Standard booking hours
These are our standard hours unless otherwise agreed in writing. Your booking confirmation determines your actual reservation period.
What Is Included in Our Reservation Hours?
Our reservation hours include setup, event activities, dismantling and removal of items.
You and your appointed vendors must complete everything within your confirmed reservation period.
This includes:
Setup
Decorations, equipment and vendor preparations.
Event activities
Guest reception, dining, speeches and entertainment.
Dismantling
Taking down decorations and equipment.
Clearance
Removing belongings, materials and other items.
Our standard event duration is five hours, unless your booking confirmation states otherwise. This is different from the full venue reservation period.
Can You Access Our Banquet Hall Early for Setup?
Yes, you can request early access or additional setup time, subject to our prior approval and applicable charges.

When your decorators and vendors need to arrive.
Preparation time
How much preparation time they require.
Equipment and technical setup
Whether additional equipment or technical setup is needed.
We can review your requirements and explain the available arrangements. Please obtain our approval before scheduling access outside your confirmed hours.
Can You Extend Your Booking Hours at Our Banquet Hall?
Yes, you can request an extension, subject to our prior approval and venue availability.
Here are the important conditions:
Overtime charge
RM2,000 per hour.
Partial hours
Any part of an hour is charged as one full hour.
Same-day bookings
We do not allow extensions or overtime if another event is scheduled on the same day.
We recommend discussing additional time requirements with our team in advance to avoid unexpected charges.
Can You Arrange a Rehearsal at Our Banquet Hall?
Yes, we accept rehearsal requests, subject to our availability and prior approval.
Our standard rehearsal charge is RM2,000 per hour, which includes:
Standard lighting
Standard venue lighting facilities.
Sound facilities
Standard venue sound facilities.
Air-conditioning
Standard venue air-conditioning facilities.
LED screen facilities
Standard venue LED screen facilities.
Additional equipment, manpower, technical support or services may incur extra charges.

When Must Your Guests and Vendors Leave Our Venue?
All guests, vendors and service providers must leave within your confirmed reservation period.
Your vendors must also remove all decorations, equipment and belongings before your booking ends.
